The app
Summer93 is a free iPhone app — a vintage Toronto baseball almanac. By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
No affiliation
Summer93 is an unofficial fan app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball or the Toronto Blue Jays. All team names and marks are property of their respective owners. Statistics and scores are sourced from public data and may contain errors or delays; the app is for personal, informational, and entertainment use only.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own personal enjoyment. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law permits, scrape its endpoints, or use it to build a competing product. The editorial content (history pieces, write-ups) is original work — please don’t republish it without permission.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that scores, schedules, standings, or notifications will always be accurate, timely, or available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Purchases
The app is free. If optional in-app purchases (such as a tip) are offered, they are handled by Apple under its standard terms and are non-refundable except as required by law. Merchandise sold through the Summer93 shop is governed by the separate terms shown at checkout.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes bump the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
